      Pros

      I love waking up in the morning and going into work everyday. My coworkers aren’t just people I work with, they’ve now become my friends. All of this is due to the great atmosphere here at Everlight. I look forward to installing solar everyday because of the people I work with. I love working here not only because of the great atmosphere but the countless little perks that make this company awesome.

      Cons

      We install year round so if you’re looking for a job on the installation team be prepared to work in the elements.

      Pros

      Full-time -- remote. The leads are great at working with your schedule if you have kids. Easy structure, tons of resources. It's hard to fail like you really have to not try. It's an open-book test basically and if you need a resource, the leads are quick to provide it. Team is like a family, 10/10 recommended

      Cons

      You deal with angry customers but the team does a great job at keeping you focused and positive about the situation. Pay could be better
