Pros
I was interviewed for data analyst position. They mentioned they interview 600-700 people to hire 1 candidate - that too in a span of 1 week, don't know how they do it. the catch is the there isn't more than 200 employees and they think they are the top solar company in the US. Nobody knows their name, i believe.
Cons
The job posting mentioned that the salary's top range is $100K, only to reveal after two rounds of interviews that it is not true and the range is 70-80k. And the magic is, at the beginning of the interview, they turn on the camera for 10 seconds and say you are not speaking to a robot, but trust me, you will be looking at your laptop screen your whole time because their cameras are turned off the whole time and it feels like you are speaking to yourself, where you can't really be your best when you are speaking to a screen. I would love to know their employee diversity statistics. can think of a lot more cons but not really worth it.
