Can’t say enough positive things about my time at Everlight. Fantastic culture of organization, process optimization, communication, and growth. All my coworkers feel like good friends, and the leadership team is supportive and takes interest in your personal and professional development. As an electrical assistant you would think I’d be relegated to menial tasks on the job site, but I participate in almost every step of the installation process in a hands-on way, gaining invaluable experience with the broader electrical trade as well as the nuances of project planning, interacting with customers, and interdepartmental communication. I’ve also never worked for a company that values every employees insights into the day-to-day workflow. Any feedback is always welcomed and usually speedily integrated. Love it here.
