It's hard to hit your target when the targets keep changing and the number of targets keep increasing. Staff are trying to ramp up skill sets but your mgmt isn't allowing time for the adjustment. Customer deployments are a disaster on a number of large accounts. This would be easily addressed if given the time and staff to do so.
Long hours are starting to burn out staff. As a salaried worker you expect more than 40 but working 50, 60, 70 hours a week gets tiring, especially when it becomes expected worth no acknowledgement of the effort. When major issues hit that require excessive extra hours... no comp time.
Ever since the Everon label was applied, everything went sideways. Sales targets were increased, performance was hammered, and all the additional separation activities were still in play... no time to adjust.
