      Pros

      Experienced managers decent customer service, hybrid work option with some positions, good product(s). Good base salary, and decent overall compensation and benefits. Great people overall.

      Cons

      The outsourcing of many services creates challenging competitive pricing. The Everon company name change made the selling of some of their services more challenging, and hesitant to sell to new customers in Minnesota right now. For me it was the commute to their Brooklyn Park office, and the fact it's located in Brooklyn Park, lol.

      Pros

      There are great people to work and grow with at local offices and good product to meet customer needs.

      Cons

      Not sure it is the same in other districts, but here in AZ district, there is a clear double standard, sever micromanaging and being verbally threatened by the manager running it daily. There has been a lot of recent turnover due to this, most people won't say anything due to fear of retaliation and overall morale is in the dumps. It is hard to continue to build something knowing that 1 individual only views numbers on a report and not the people behind it.
