Pros
Call center - it's good for when you're over in-person customer service, your schedule is like a tour of duty - it never changes. So you always know when you're working. Pay is okay.
Cons
Coworkers can have attitudes. They often don't last [though some do] but while they're there - unpleasant. The quality assurance team can wreck your self esteem if you don't learn to treat them and dismiss them like what they are - little snotty brats who never got the snot k***ed out of them like they should.
