Pros

Room to move, but don't try to have empathy for people or you'll be kicked to the curb.

Cons

Rampant harassment and retaliation. Upper leadership (generally male) is not held accountable for bad behavior that is well known throughout the company and HR.

Pros

There are great people to work and grow with at local offices and good product to meet customer needs.

Cons

Not sure it is the same in other districts, but here in AZ district, there is a clear double standard, sever micromanaging and being verbally threatened by the manager running it daily. There has been a lot of recent turnover due to this, most people won't say anything due to fear of retaliation and overall morale is in the dumps. It is hard to continue to build something knowing that 1 individual only views numbers on a report and not the people behind it.
