Cons
Everything is a priority when it really does not need to be, no support from local directors to push back HQ to ensure that we deliver original priorities because we are a company that moves "Fast". What originally starts as occasional evening calls with California ends up becoming weekly (Thanks to pure I am not able to fully understand the saying it could have been an email) so if you're not hungry to grow up in the company stay away never ending quarter end closing & budget cycles at the end of the day it heavily depends on who your boss is because some are really good and will fully understand but if I were you, I'd avoid Finance and work in HR or in engineering that's where I truly believe people are happy to work for Pure
