They usually fire twice a year and ask you to write a resignation and dont give any severence package. There are some managers who are very bad asking you to come 5 days a week when company policy allowed 3 days earlier. They dont give any wfh if you want to visit hometown and dont approve leaves as well. The company culture is very biased as people close to manager only get good hikes otherwise your life will be hell to the point you get hospitalised. There is no work life balance and after spending in hrs you get vague feedbacks and no 1:1s and the manager who acts like an angel gives you 2/5 ratings and she will take credit for all your work. There is 1 layoff from team each year even if you are fulfiling all responsibilites as they have to fire someone so if you dont have a good repo with your manager your teammates also cant save you.
