Cons
I would like to draw attention to the office in Prague. There is a toxic work culture there and discrimination at it's highest. Your expat employees are not promoting but there are some Czech managers who don't even know the job. Czech speakers hang out with each other and they have a strange way of working. Micromanagement is out of control, you need to report every move you make even if you would like to go to toilet break. Be careful of people that you promoting to be Directors... Also they changed the company name but not the company domain which is funny. There are some really good people in the company, soon you might lose all of them if you don't really care about trust and employee experience. Also they work fully on site now which is hilarious.
