Disappointing candidate experience with poor communication - FP&A Finance Specialist Everpure Employee Review

I applied for the FP&A Finance Specialist position through an employee referral, so I expected at least some level of communication and professionalism during the process. After waiting two weeks, I only received a standard rejection email with no personalized feedback. I politely asked for feedback afterward and never received any response. I have also applied multiple times for roles closely related to my experience and background, with similar outcomes. Overall, the candidate experience has been disappointing, especially considering the lack of transparency and communication. Unfortunately, I would not recommend applying based on my experience.
