      Pros

      Technical Leadership in Flash Storage is good. Pure is leading all other technologies relating with Flash and other competitors follow Pure.

      Cons

      Price competition is much high in Korea market but Pure could not provide prospects with the competition price comparing with other competitors. Most of prospects are considering Pure has good technologies and performance but it is really higher that other competitors in a view points of the purchasing price. If HQ supported more aggressive price policy for Korea, the market share of Pure will be more higher than now.

      Pros

      Great working environment. People are very professional. Strong leadership....maybe a bit on the old side and with some rotation, but overall the replacements have been positive.

      Cons

      It's still a HW company and they are not really a player into the Cloud or AI markets. There is potential, for sure, but there are still ways to go. HW business is just too big for them to switch quickly to a SW-based company.
