Any person within Inside Sales that reads this will chuckle. If you look a few pages back (because I'm sure they had employees write quick, small positive reviews to push it down) someone wrote a pretty lengthy review of Inside Sales and it was spot on.
Their leadership lacks enablement and tends to hide behind the "perception" of things rather than how they actually are. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes (and they've made a lot of them) but sweep them under the rug at their best effort.
SDRs are given praise for false achievement (like getting thrown 80% of their quota by field reps) and the ones that actually work honest and hard, are looked at as being average and in need of "help".
That Inside Sales organization has run out any good talent they had by the Cisco Meraki group. To the point where people have left without having jobs nailed down first.
And don't ask HR for help, because they're just as bad at sweeping things under the rug from the leaders that are actually effective.
At this point, ISO would be better off to clean house and start over.
Honestly, Chipotle has better career development than this place.
