      Pros

      The people are great. The engineers are talented and knowledgeable, as are the PMs.

      Cons

      Management is not great. Not horrible, but not great. There's been a steadily increasing amount of overhead to get literally anything done, to the point where many people are wasting a ton of time just to do simple tasks. Opening new offices overseas has not made that any better, and in at least one Pure's acquisitions, there was an influx of toxic culture from the acquired company that has not been corrected or dissuaded.

      Pros

      Great working environment. People are very professional. Strong leadership....maybe a bit on the old side and with some rotation, but overall the replacements have been positive.

      Cons

      It's still a HW company and they are not really a player into the Cloud or AI markets. There is potential, for sure, but there are still ways to go. HW business is just too big for them to switch quickly to a SW-based company.
