Pros

Outstanding people at all levels. Great culture. Strong executive leadership. Relatively competitive salaries and excellent benefits and total compensation packages. Some opportunities for growth depending on the organization you are in. Good training and certifications programs available to all levels of employees. Pure touts Work/Life Balance and firmly stands by this from my experience.

Cons

Only Con at the moment - Diversity numbers for Black/African-American and Hispanic employees, especially in Sr. Mgr./Director roles all the way up to Executive levels needs attention. Notice on Glassdoor there is not sufficient data showing for Black/African-American category. D&I Exec should intermittently be on Company AllHands call and provide company-wide report on progress. Also, rarely see individuals in these groups receiving formal awards.

Pros

Great working environment. People are very professional. Strong leadership....maybe a bit on the old side and with some rotation, but overall the replacements have been positive.

Cons

It's still a HW company and they are not really a player into the Cloud or AI markets. There is potential, for sure, but there are still ways to go. HW business is just too big for them to switch quickly to a SW-based company.
