Pros
Great people on the whole. They are willing to have fun and let loose while also working hard.
Cons
The company is severely mismanaged. Everspring does not put enough emphasis on client relationships. As a result, clients mistrust Everspring's recommendations. Work ends up coming down as a fire drill where employees are scrambling to acquiesce to the whims of the clients that don't trust or consider us experts in our fields. There is no communication from management downward. This applies to all situations (employees leaving the company, company successes, company failures, internal structure shifts, etc.) Lastly management doesn't fundamentally respect the employees enough to step back and let them do their jobs. They show up late to company-wide meetings implying that the only time they care about is their own.
