There seems to be a deep mistrust in the employees of this company. It's been an issue for a long time. Employees want ownership over their work, not to be overseen every step of the way and shot down when ideas are brought to attention. It is defeating. Spirits aren't raised by throwing parties or passing out gifts. Spirits are raised by listening to peoples ideas, allowing them to be implemented and not being afraid to fail sometimes. Let's build something great. We're dying to innovate for you and if you let us we will make something sophisticated. Try something invigorating and out of the box and hold back your judgements, a lot of great things came from an idea that everyone thought was stupid at one point or another.
