Pros

Most employees were quite helpful and kind when I was there. Free drinks, sunshine, holiday and birthday parties.

Cons

Everspring has separation agreements with former employees to prevent them from badmouthing them on websites like Glassdoor. This is self-explanatory, and not a trade secret as it's pretty well known. Let your imagination run wild with this or look at the other reviews.

It is unfortunate that you feel you had a negative experience at Everspring. We agree that anonymous social media sites such as Glassdoor are an ineffective platform for two way communication. Regardless, Everspring does not have separation agreements that prevent former employees from sharing your feedback or using platforms such as this one. Although it appears from your posting that you are no longer with the company, I encourage our current employees to go to your manager or come to me directly if you have concerns so that we can have a productive exchange that leads to meaningful resolution of any issues.

Pros

The best boss I’ve ever had was at this job. I love that the job is mostly remote, but there are some in person opportunities. I always felt supported and fairly compensated.

Cons

We’re required to come in twice a month. I wish it wasn’t a requirement, just strongly encouraged.

Pros

Nice office, free coffee and snacks Work From Home Stepping Stone Some nice coworkers

Cons

Terrible work-life balance Will have you managing a huge account, almost basically on your own, and your managers (plural) will either be so burnt out that they cannot help you or so obsessed with looking good for the CEO that they disregard you and pile on more work Layoffs (twice in a calendar year now), where they’ll move the extra work to an already burnt out team Low Pay, Laughable Raises No place for growth Pushes to complete the “Chicago Great Places to Work” survey with positive remarks because that’s one of the only things making them look good to new hires
