Pros

Helping families who are actually seeking assistance in pre-planning or at-need services is extremely gratifying.

Cons

The interview process is a sham, almost none of it is true. Think used car salesman but exponentially worse; they demand that you prey on vulnerable elderly communities under a guise of “helping them” its DISGUSTING. They have no business hiring empathetic people for this job, it takes a soulless person to work for this company and rip people off all day. Paid time off is a lie, you can only use if it management is satisfied with the amount of money you bring in. The hours are a lie, they will change them on a whim and demand “mandatory overtime” (that you do not get paid for). If you’re into shady pyramid schemes that are taking advantage of vulnerable humans, this is just the place for you.

Pros

I’m proud of the collaboration and commitment I see across both the Support Center department teams and our frontline location teams. There is a genuine effort to support one another, stay focused on serving families well, and work together through challenges. I appreciate the dedication of all employees, especially those working directly with the families we serve, as well as the partnership between departments that helps keep operations moving forward. The culture continues to grow in a positive direction as people adapt to change, share ideas, and support each other in meaningful ways.

Cons

Consistent communication across a large and dispersed organization can be challenging at times. As information moves through different levels of the organization, continuing to strengthen communication and alignment will help ensure employees feel informed, supported, and connected.
