Pros

Not many anyone. It's pretty bad. Maybe If the company had some passion for the people and the business that they run so horribly. We deal with people on the worse possible time in their lives.

Cons

Low pay with a lot of reaponsiity. No appreciation. New Management is awful And they want to charge over 2500.00 to open and close a grave. But we can't even get an increase in pay, but get furloughed. All about the money!! If you are a stock holder get out now. People are not dying fast enough for the company so they cost more!! Loved ones are being cremated and sitting on shelves!!!

Pros

I’m proud of the collaboration and commitment I see across both the Support Center department teams and our frontline location teams. There is a genuine effort to support one another, stay focused on serving families well, and work together through challenges. I appreciate the dedication of all employees, especially those working directly with the families we serve, as well as the partnership between departments that helps keep operations moving forward. The culture continues to grow in a positive direction as people adapt to change, share ideas, and support each other in meaningful ways.

Cons

Consistent communication across a large and dispersed organization can be challenging at times. As information moves through different levels of the organization, continuing to strengthen communication and alignment will help ensure employees feel informed, supported, and connected.
