I would strongly advise against joining this company for the sake of your career. I’m sharing this review so others don’t end up wasting their career or valuable time here, as I felt I did 1. Poor Work-Life Balance – Long working hours with unrealistic expectations made it hard to maintain any balance. 2. Constant Fear of Layoffs – The work environment often felt unstable, creating ongoing anxiety about job security. 3. Lower Payscale Compared to Industry Standards – Compensation did not feel aligned with the workload or market benchmarks. 4. Lack of Effective Management – Leadership felt unorganized and communication from management was unclear or inconsistent. 5. No Personal Workspace – Working conditions felt cramped, with little privacy or space to focus. 6. Limited Career Growth – Very few opportunities for learning, upskilling, or role progression. 7. Poor Internal Communication – Important information was not shared clearly, leading to confusion and delays. 8. Unstructured Work Processes – Processes felt chaotic and frequently changed without proper guidance. 9. High Workload with Low Support – Expectations were high, but support, mentorship, and resources were minimal. 10.
