It's a great place to work if you need need some "heavy" jet experience, or if it's your first job in the aviation maintenance field.

There's a lot of micromanaging, and supervisors threating to write people up for "not working quick enough". The pay is not the best for mechanics, but the company fails to see that other places are hiring for more. No one is allowed to be sitting, unless they're on break. Sometimes when there isn't anything to work on, you have to pretend to busy, and pick up a broom or mop aimlessly for hours on end. There isn't any real pay scale, you have to beg for money, and sometimes the only way to get a raise is if you threaten to leave. The stress levels are high, morale is low and the company refuses to acknowledge it at all. If you're single, the benefits aren't too bad, but if you have a family you're planning on adding to the insurance, then expect about half your paycheck to go to that.
