Cool old planes, some good coworkers, you can go from being a janitor to being a jet captain all at the same company, if you can stand this place, they’ve lost so many people they’ve been forced to start paying competitively. Paychecks don’t bounce. Get your start and leave. Lots of work to do.
Cons
Not enough people because nobody with any real options would want to work here, management are such condescending inept losers, real quality training is few and far between. You get to work with incestuous pedophiles.
