Pros

This was a great job to start for my first full-time position. I got to work consistent hours and never had to worry about holidays. The pay was also reasonable at the time

Cons

At the time of my employment, management was being shifted and changed for the locations I was employed at. Never before had I been more confused at a job in my life. As this is a financial institution, it is expected to a certain degree that all managers are trained and should carry out their work in a specific way. This was definitely not the case. Almost all of the processes that were needed to complete my job were willfully changed because the manager "doesn't understand why the prior manager did it that way. Nor, was it the 'right way.'"

Pros

Great benefits. Love the new lifestyle spending account and wellness days. The company truly seems to care about the mental wellbeing and overall wellness of their employees. New positions posted regularly. Plenty of opportunities for growth. Potential to earn great annual incentives if/when the company goals and individual goals are met. Hybrid positions offered for many positions.

Cons

I honestly really can’t think of a con to working at Everwise.

Pros

There’s camaraderie at the branch and team level for most areas of the CU.

Cons

Since Jason became CEO and brought over all his friends from his previous CU, things have gone downhill. I see new VPs leaving constantly, so that’s got to tell you something. Jason seems to be blissfully unaware of how poorly we’re treated by many of the EMT and VPs. The reputation we had at TCU is really changing for the worse. Employees are looked at as a number, not a person anymore. Major mean girl energy from head of hr. They need a complete overhaul in that department. I can’t even imagine what turnover looks like. The rules the company makes aren’t fair and they change them when it’s a benefit to them.
