Pros

Fruit for breakfast. Some very nice people who were a pleasure to work with. Compensation and benefits were very good.

Cons

Cluttered and cramped work environment. Poor communication. Poor management. A lot of turnover. Unlimited PTO is not true. Human resources - what human resources?? Favoritism. Culture is terrible. Overall, it has way more cons than pros and that can weigh on you heavily as an employee.

Pros

My hiring process was a very positive experience! The team was extremely communicative throughout the process and answered all of my questions along the way. It was comforting to know where I stood throughout each round of interviews. The team culture is supportive, encouraging and pushing each other to achieve team goals as well as personal. Management trusts their teams to do their jobs and are supportive when needed. EDH offers a great work/life balance with flexible working hours, flexible in-office days and unlimited PTO.

Cons

Hiring process was a bit lengthy. Individual interviews were needed at times but some could have been in a panel/group setting with 1-2 current employees.
