Pros
I had a great experience working at EveryMind. Because there are many programs and areas of involvement, it is a great place to get your feet wet and learn about a lot of things from a lot of angles. Staff are given a lot of autonomy and room for creativity for new projects and advocating for changes. Most people are very into the mission and you can see it in their work. Employees are also praised for good work which is great for motivation.
Cons
-Little to no training or orientation for incoming employees. If you are a go-getter type, you will learn quickly, but if you aren't, you will drown. -Virtually no growth opportunities within the organization. That is why I think there is a lot of turnover. After you have maxed our your skills, many leave because there isn't a next level role for advancement. -Pretty archaic systems of tracking information and reporting creates a lot of efficiency and miscommunication
