Pros
- Perk- Program where they will apply $50 to the balance of a student loan bill monthly.
Cons
Where do I start? - There aren't any clear defined goals or vision. - Big clients are leaving left and right - People are getting fired left and right or just leaving - 2 major structural reorganizations of the company within 6 month - How many CRMs does a company actually need. They sign you up with logins for all these software program that you don’t even use. I was very excited about working here, literally by my 2nd week I knew this place wasn't what I was sold during the interview and onboarding process. I was hatching an escape plan after a month. One of my pet peeves is busy work and that's what I was basically given my time there. Their answer to everything is to create a spreadsheet for complete and utter bs. Once it's created forget about ever revisiting it again. I found that this was a tactic when management clearly didn't have a clue, which was a majority of the time. Just create a useless spreadsheet that had nothing to do with my job or future prospects. Certain manager who was clearly very rude and aggressive to his female subordinates and not the males. It was brought up to HR with clear examples of this abhorrent behavior and was suggested that he should not be managing women until he gets his act together. Other female coworkers were having issues with this manager as well but they were afraid or just didn't want to come forward. Needless to say this fell on deaf ears. This told me a lot about the company and the culture and should tell you a lot. Meetings, meetings, and more meetings! OMG, this was ridiculous. We literally had meetings about planning the next meeting. WTF??!! Every job I had I left with knowledge of new software or skills, but I left this job with nothing!!! Literally nothing!! I take that back I left with first hand experience how crappy a company can be. Health insurance is a joke. Yeah, it's company provided but is a deductible for a single person is around $2000 I would rather pay for my insurance myself. This place is circling the drain fast. Chicago is a big city and is now a booming tech hub, there are so many opportunities out there. Pass this place up. If you do take the job don't say I didn't warn you!
