Lots of opportunity for growth! If you start to feel stagnant or bored in your job you can advocate for yourself to take on new projects or ask to move to a different department of interest if there is an opportunity.
Great benefits package with lots of perks including 3 weeks of PTO, tuition reimbursement, student loan reimbursement, gym stipend, catered lunch and snacks, the list goes on and on.
The culture is something Evive prides itself on and tries really hard to keep up with as they grow. I have never experienced culture like this in past jobs and I find it very full-filling. I enjoy coming to work everyday and working along side some of the best people I have ever met. Most of management is very approachable and the co-founders are also a great asset to the company.
Cons
Can be a little hectic at times with changes and restructuring which can be frustrating but it is always done based on company needs and growth. There can be ambiguity at times but management is getting better about being transparent.
