Pros

After several decades in this business, I can say with full certainty that Evolus is my favorite employer--by a long shot. The reasoning behind my passion for this organization is due to the fact that our key tenets: Grit, Impact, Fun and Transparency--are not just words, these are the guiding light(s) behind how we talk, how we act, how we treat one another, how we interact, how we work and how we present ourselves in front of the customer and in the market each and every day. Our company is small(ish), fast moving, dynamic, fun, compensates well and fairly, possesses leadership that is approachable, transparent and wants to hear from ALL employees each and every day. As the old adage goes, "a diamond in the rough", Evolus truly is a diamond in the rough landscape that is our business and market in 2025--I am thankful and grateful every day I get up to work at this organization with friends, peers and people I have a great deal of respect for--all the while, we have a great time doing it!

Pros

Evolus has such an incredible team of employees and it makes all the difference in allowing me to do my best work and have fun doing it. The opportunities to grow in my career and be involved in stretch projects have helped me develop well beyond my job description. The culture is fun, authentic, and special. Headquarters is breathtakingly beautiful and an incredible place to be able to work.

Cons

We work hard and the to-do list is long, but the perks, people and potential are worth it!

Pros

Opportunity to work alongside incredibly talented and knowledgeable colleagues. Flexible office hours that allow you to manage your schedule. Fully stocked kitchen and consistent employee injection days.

Cons

Workplace culture has deteriorated significantly following multiple rounds of layoffs. Many employees appear to be operating from a place of uncertainty, which has contributed to increased tension. Disrespectful communication between coworkers and departments is common and often goes unaddressed. Collaboration can feel challenging when interactions are frequently defensive and confrontational. When company goals are not met, there is a tendency toward blame-shifting rather than problem-solving. This has created an environment where teams spend more time defending decisions than working together toward solutions. The company advertises unlimited PTO, but employees may find it difficult to take advantage of depending on management approval.
