Pros
As someone who has been in the Casino industry, Sales and Marketing, along with 20+ years of Customer and Client relation work, this job is by far the best I have ever worked. No, seriously. Like any job, there are pros and cons. Let's discuss them, shall we? Pros +++++ Room for growth +++++ Independence +++++ Great vision for the future of online gaming +++++ Free coffee That might look very little, but my expectation of a company is little as I am the one putting in the effort to make my time and work enjoyable. I see a company as a vehicle, and I am the driver. The company is giving you room to excel, and it is up to you to take the wheel. Evolution gives you as much as what you want to put in if that makes any sense. I have never had issues speaking with management, the administrative staff, game presenters, or the uniform department. HA!
Cons
As the location (not the company) is relatively new, and staffing is also new, too. You will get an apprehensive attitude toward what needs to be done. It should not be the end all or be all. The cons for this location would have to be the relaxed nature of the position. I think the rules are not enforced enough, which creates opportunities for people to take advantage of not doing anything and leaving work for others. That is the only gripe in my position that most people would consider negative. I keep myself busy and do not notice anything, so the cons do not apply to me.
