For every hour you work at a table you receive an immediate 30min paid preceding break, at the 3.5hr work you receive a paid for hr long break. Overtime is optional. Once a week you have presented with the opportunity to receive time & a half pay for a brief team meeting. Management is inclusive & encouraging. Room for accelerated growth opportunities (promotions) based upon your work ethic.
Cons
Inevitably there will be circumstances where the table at which where assigned for during your rotation on the floor, will be empty throughout the entire hour. During these periods it can be challenging to remain alert & prevent from fidgeting, this may leads to mental exhaustion.
