Pros

Great pay and benefits. Upper management takes input from lower rung workers very seriously and works to maximize efficiency based on employee feedback.

Cons

There aren’t too many cons. The equipment is still relatively new to the industry and there are still some kinks to work out, but overall things run smoothly.

Pros

2 weeks on 2 weeks off schedule, paid travel, and fair benefits package. Power generation side of business is strong and thriving.

Cons

Northeast frac posse running company into the ground with pussified woke culture. Original group of doers/builders have all but left the company.
