Pros
- Everyone here is friendly and can be fun to work with! - Pay is decent depending on where you live. - Full Remote is awesome!
Cons
- 1st thing it's starting to turn into a call center very fast, and I don't feel that the right move for this company, (It should be more about helping owners better rather than taking 70 calls a day, as this results in quick burn out & the quality of the calls going down. Making it where people are having to call in more due to issues during these calls) ,on top of them being able to now schedule you 85% of your schedule on phones, (They can now do this on the fly anytime during the day) They also have been increasing the amount of written communication you have to double almost by double since I started and have been giving way less time with this increase in call availability and the on the fly changes. You are lucky to get over an hour of written communication time where you're not on a live channel. to do almost double what you used to have to. (Right now for an 8 hours shift it's about 14 or 17 for a 10 hour shift, or 1.75 per hour.) This is causing people to quit this roll left and right, This needs to change or there's not going to be anyone to take these calls. - 2nd On top of having more calls during the day, a lot of them have been owners that are upset, this is due to a few thing, 1 being performance of the market, witch is out of Evolve's hand as we can't create bookings from thin air, so that's not on Evolve, but the 2 biggest things is 1 there have been a lot of changes regarding owner changes to their listing, including owner preferences being thrown out the window, and they HAVE to have professional photos taken, I understand this is to increase performance, but when an owner is trying to make changes to a listing, (For example add a bed) They have to pay out the a** for a photoshoot or the Listing team won't update the listing. Making owners very upset. The other thing is turn around times for other teams have been long, thins is making owners upset they are having to wait for simple things making it hard to take calls. The take away on this, is owners are upset about policies going into place, and the Associates are working double to take the calls of these upset owners leading to major burnout, this is really starting to take a hit to most reps, and people are starting to quit left and right. PLEASE FIX THIS. - 3rd these are just small complaints, but I feel like if you don't have the right manager your job can suck, I happen to have a good manager who does listen when I have concerns, but I have heard from other employees that it can be very bad. Another is that I wish we had more PTO but the PTO they give is not bad either. You may have to work weekends as well.
