Pros
I've worked in a lot of different customer service positions, but Evolve was the first place that I actually understood and really appreciated culture within a work environment. The culture within Evolve is so amazing; I truly feel as though I am part of a team that works together, and not only that, but I feel that the work I do is appreciated in some way on a daily basis. That's not something I've encountered in the past. While I don't thrive off of compliments on my work, it's nice to have a reminder every so often that I'm doing a good job; everybody at Evolve does an incredible job of doing just that. Additionally, I have always loved the empowerment that you're provided in any role that you take on. At no point do I ever feel micromanaged, and it's an incredible feeling knowing that I have that empowerment to make decisions to continue to build and reinforce support with our homeowners. I have always loved the level of support that I have received throughout any role that I have taken on. This type of industry can be overwhelming, but knowing that I have the support I need has really helped me power through each and every day. Lastly, I really appreciate the opportunities that Evolve presents to allow you to grow your career. This is something that I never had an opportunity for in prior roles. After starting with Evolve in 2021, just about a year later, I promoted to a different role, and Evolve never makes it feel like a drawn out process at all. In addition to this, I love that they provide feedback to you on your interview, whether you were selected or not. This allows you to understand what went well or what opportunities there are; not a lot places do this, and I really really love that this is a practice they have. Overall, Evolve is an incredible place to work, and for anyone who has the opportunity to do so, please take it on; it's an amazing opportunity.
Cons
Frankly, I can't list any cons to Evolve. It's truly been an amazing place to work.
