Pros
Management from the corporate office to the site leaders are grossly incompetent, micromanaging, unprofessional, and walking lawsuit waiting to happen.
Cons
Toxic work environment, staff told by management "you are not paid to think," and numerous other examples. This is the most PC statement made. Avoid this place at all costs.
