Relaxed working atmosphere, don't have to take your job home with you, reasonable with tardiness and time-off, generally affable employees, overall a calm and simple workplace.

Cons

Little employee direction, repetitive and boring work, minimal job-challenges, and little opportunity for growth either in skills or career.
