People who are liked, will not be questioned even for major mistakes and incompetence. • Scathing reviews from customers • Weakest management in all of Silicon Valley all the way to the top. “No ego” culture is a myth in the company starting at the top. This company only works on egos. A general smirk goes around each time “guns pointing outwards” statement is made. Morale is really low and is impacting everyone across board due to weak spines of the execs who constantly jump to putting out the fire of the day instead of taking a long-term approach. No visionaries in the company. Everyone is only thinking about how to survive till they go IPO. Folks at the grass-root level do not trust management due to their history of lying and blaming. Fear is used as motivation instead of getting advice from the troop. Power resides in the hands of only 3-4 people in the company. Management doesn’t believe in empowerment.
