Work is challnging. Very bad management style. They have wrong expectations. Whole team goes behind back together and manager does not support. Basically product is in bad shape and nothing works. The quality team does poor job. Engineering Management wants someone to blame instead of taking responsibility. So top people find excuse to get rid of new person. Is this leadership? All people who wrote about engineering here is true. Really scam only. They don’t give product training. There is no proper onboarding for new person. Not even include in important meetings. New engineers disrespect you. When ask how much time you did on bug, no answer. How can anybody do his job then? Offshore team is difficult and won’t listen to anybody. Unnecessary they escalate every time. They easily asking for more money if asked to work few hours more. No acceptance certeria from the PM’s. No interest in engineers to do proper grooming and sprint planning. Lead engineer have attitude issue. When they not know what is real issue, they say memory problem. When issue is real issue, then say Elastic is like this. This is just giving excuse. HR will do anything Engineering management wants. Not bother to even understand why new person is removed in 3 months. They say no culture fit. who is responsible for culture? Are top engineering people culture fit who knows?
