They changed several things right before the offer came including but not limited to: salary, stock, 401k contribution (none), time off, flexibility, hours, responsibilities, impact, etc. The product is basically splunk but not as good and customers don't like it. Day 2, a coworker made inappropriate comments Sr Manager never met with me when I onboarded Initially, I thought it was just the team/class material, but turns out the product is seriously lacking. Customers and employees are well aware of it and internally people regularly discuss how 2/3 offerings are "immature" and need a lot of work Disapproved PTO with significant notice. They have no regard for your personal life and schedule
