If you’re looking for a fulfilling startup company to work for, Exabeam is not it: - Employee retention: One of Exabeam’s biggest issues. Even those who’ve been with the company for less than a year end up leaving. - Toxic work environment/Favoritism: You’re not appreciated, you may feel that you are, but you’re really not. They will boot you out if they don't find you "useful." Also, if you’re not in the Sales or Marketing teams, you’re not in the “favored” department because you’re not helping bring money into the company and/or not putting in work to publicly exhibit that “Exabeam is the best!” - No work/life balance: There seems to be an unspoken mindset that your work comes first. They barely consider what may be going on in your personal life. They “promote” a hybrid-friendly company but you will later feel that your position isn’t as “remote” as they initially advertised it to be on the careers page. - No respect for tenured employees: Once you hit that 2+ years anniversary, the chances of you getting recognized as a hardworking employee DROPS. The “employee recognition programs” they promote is honestly a stunt to get employees “excited,” but does not actually display genuine gratitude. This may not apply to those who are reading this review and currently interviewing, but just an FYI in case you're considering Exabeam. - What career development?: Other than LinkedIn Learning, there was little to no support for career development. Most companies provide a stipend - there is none here. If you’re looking for a company to develop your career, steer away from Exabeam. - "Sudden" Management Changes: There have been multiple management changes that happen "out of the blue." Many aren't happy with it, leading to employee turnover. There was also a CEO change. Don't think many were happy about that either.
