Pros

- Remote first culture - Pay is okay - HR is implementing new programs to help improve culture - High communication from CSuite - Unlimited PTO & Thank you days (you will be asked to work on your days off)

Cons

- Interview process is extremely rigid and bureaucratic. - If you do get the role, it will not be the same one you interviewed for, I was fed a lot of inaccuracies in my interview. - No 401k, they did not tell me this in the interview. - Managers will retaliate against you and HR does little to stop it. - The company says they want to improve their diversity hiring but the "good old boys club" is very much alive and thriving here. - The best performers can still end up being ignored and retaliated against. - Sr Leadership is not aligned when it comes to overall company strategy. - Career advancement opportunities are not forthcoming here. - Many high performers leave in less than 1> year here "suddenly"- toxicity exists in many areas of the company. - The organization does not promote work life balance/ I've been asked to work on my PTO and Thank you days off, seems to be common across the company. - Working here is not sustainable.

Hello, Exabeam is working towards updating many of the operations focused around people and culture. HR would appreciate you reaching out to them directly to set time aside and discuss the concerns you mentioned. In the meantime, I've addressed a few points: • 401K - we do have a 401K, however we do not have a match at this time. This is something that is a hot topic for all our employees and something we do want to initiate, in time. We remain competitive within the market against companies comparable to our size. • Retaliation - this is a concern, and if this is the case, this must be addressed internally and quickly. • Diversity - The Talent team interviews diverse candidates, as well as URM (under-represented minority) groups within roles. As a whole, the company does select candidates with the highest transferable skills, as well as other key interviewing factors (behavioral/situation based, culture add, technical skills, and cross-functional collaboration). • Career advancement - People & Culture team is in the process of building a job architecture for all teams. Once this is complete, the employees will have a better understanding of their level, how to grow, and how to advance. We will educate the managers on having these conversations with their team. • Work/Life balance - we encourage you to communicate these concerns with your manager. Your time off is valuable to come back to work refreshed, energized and excited. If you feel this is not achievable, please reach out to your HRBP. Once again, I do encourage you to reach out to hr.people@exabeam.com
