I miss the old Exabeam - Senior Manager Exabeam Employee Review

Where to start. Lack of direction at the top has created instability across all the teams. Each team seems to be gunning for each other, pointing fingers, so that they won't be blamed. There's no sense of "we're all in this together" it's a silo'd workplace with everyone out for themselves.
