      Bad management, poor training, unreasonable targets. Mixed signals and no pay rises for male staff only women seemed to get them.

      Very flexible job and amazing staff. It’s completely different and great for clinical staff who desperately need a change from the toxic bedside life.

      Low pay than expected but it’s workable.

      So much mandatory overtime. Hardly given a complete weekend off. There is hardly time to rest and recharge.
