      Pay; management is friendly and truly wants to see you succeed; ability to work from home.

      All jobs have something someone doesn't like. Can't think of anything other than 401K though - don't match.

      Pros

      Very flexible job and amazing staff. It’s completely different and great for clinical staff who desperately need a change from the toxic bedside life.

      Cons

      Low pay than expected but it’s workable.

      Good team leadership Decent pay

      Cons

      So much mandatory overtime. Hardly given a complete weekend off. There is hardly time to rest and recharge.
