Pros
At least they pay you for overtime
Cons
Corrupt management structure, promotions are given to those who are friends of the existing supervisors rather than those most qualified for the job, no chance of getting anywhere if you are hybrid/remote even if you are prepared to work from the office. Pay and benefits are abysmal (I see they now make you purchase extra holidays instead of offering a reasonable amount for staff who frequently work 6 days a week) for the amount of stress you are under. Phones ring constantly to the point where you are unable to complete your work. Customers are becoming more aware of what a dodgy operation the company is so as a claims handler you will carry the burden of their failures. Expect to be spoken to like either a toddler or public enemy #1 on a daily basis, the stress and constant abuse will destroy your sense of self. You will take the flack for incompetent colleagues, be gaslit into thinking support is available, and be bullied into working almost every weekend thanks to their chronic inability to retain staff. You will be pushed to breaking point and when you try to express that to management you will be dismissed, gossiped about, and made to feel guilty for it. I promise you the pizza lunches and waffles they keep shouting about on social media are not worth it (I never even saw one of these), save yourself, do not work here.
