Pros

You might have the opportunity to work with Forture 500 telecoms who will hopefully pull you over to be full-time with them. It might be the work-life balance could be the only positive, but that's totally dependent on your project.

Cons

Everything - reputation of the company is in the drain, the founder/CEO spends profits developing a system that will truly never be picked up, as its predecessor is the main complaint of it's only customer (a Fortune 500 telecom). Most of the company is an offshore development team in Chennai who are slow to move, do not report actual progress, and are riddled with complaints from sexual harassment to discrimination. Benefits of the company are absolutely terrible. Pay is not on par with the market. I received good performance reviews due to a good relationship with my manager, but I regret having this company on my resume.

Pros

Communication with leadership has been clear and supportive, and I’ve had the flexibility I need to be successful in my role. I also appreciate that my contributions are recognized even as a contractor, which isn’t always the case at other companies.

Cons

Access to certain internal tools or updates can be slower for contractors, but it hasn’t impacted my ability to do the work.

Pros

- was offered a bagel right after getting fired, and disclosing my assault from another employee. "Bagel Friday," right?

Cons

- I worked here until 2015. Micromanaging galore. using only emails as correspondence while sitting right next to an employee. being told to do things outside of my job description, like make dozens of booklets. told to "fake it until you make it" in terms of numbers. literally assaulted by a coworker at a coworkers birthday party, and told there was nothing they could do about it since it wasnt a company event. was told I was "milking" taking care of my mother who literally almost died, which lead to a crippling depression for me. Oh! and employees were instructed by management to leave positive glassdoor reviews!! omg omg stay away.
