Still provides a paycheck (at least for now as it enters the unsustainability phase - its death spiral)

Disrespectful, noninclusive, unethical, cutthroat, and abusive all driven, inspired, and supported from the very top. Anyone on the inside will be able to describe at least one recent incident that meets the definition for each of these words. Anyone considering associating with Excelsior should strongly evaluate your needs over the reality of how things work here.
