Pros

Good salary, flexible work day, generous PTO and benefits

Cons

The new leadership at the college is making hasty decisions to reduce the workforce in an effort to create efficiency and improve operations - this is at the expense of many employees who have dedicated their lives to the Excelsior mission and not contributing to a positive student experience. The employees who are still there are left to do the job of two or more people and the transparency and vision that John Ebersole spent a decade building has been diminished and completely dismissed. There is no regard for people or students - only the bottom line is important to the new C-level leaders of the college. It is such a shame and an enormous disgrace to the mission of the college.
