Thank you for your feedback. I agree with you on the importance of empowering employees at all levels to make decisions quickly and effectively on behalf of our students. Exceptional customer/student service demands this type of nimbleness. I also share agreement on the inefficiencies of committee systems, in many instances, when it comes to decision making. Fortunately, we’re making progress. We’re reducing the number of operational and academic committees and aligning those that remain with a respective Vice President. This will reinforce accountability and hopefully alleviate some of your primary concerns.
