      People you work with on a daily basis and the Doyle Legacy.Location of the branches you can work.

      Cons

      Upper management, as evidenced by their recent losses. Their ineptness in management of employees and polices toward women. ( you have to be good looking to get ahead)

      Pros

      Under previous CEO, Exchange Bank was a heart-felt, caring community bank. It cared about its employees and offered regular cost of living increases.

      Cons

      Under current CEO, all of the execs are out of touch, regional management does not support the branch staff, the pay is so far below competitive, staff cross-training always takes a back seat to branch staffing needs which means you have to fight hard for growth, and the back office treats branch workers terribly
